| I was born in 1944, in Kansas City, MO. Graduated from Raytown High School, and attended Kansas City Jr. College majoring in business and foreign languages. I actually lived and worked in Europe in my early adult years, where I met my wife. Originally from the UK, Sandy joined the Nice Guy team in 2004 and has been extremely successful for me and our clientsWe have a wonderful daughter, Samantha – adopted at 6 months from South Korea, now and living with her family in San Antonio, TX. John is a granddad with Faith nearly 6 years old, and Vanessa Kim who arrived in October ’06. Our hobbies and interests include tennis, skiing, biking, ball room dancing, and travel. I am thankful to have a family – now an extended family – which I care about strongly. I am proud to help to provide a place where that family can find comfort in good as well as tough times. We live and work in Northland. However, both Sandy and I serve the entire Kansas City area, licensed in both Kansas and Missouri. A proud member of the “RE/MAX Life Time Achievement ” for outstanding service, I have counseled more than 500 families to achieve their American Dream, since 1986. Although many talk of customer service, I am proud to say I actually build our “By Referral Only” business on that very concept.

This past spring, you told us our rental property at 7517 NW SUmmer was holding its value. Is that still true or have the values dropped?
