Sandy Smith Realtor Consultant

Hello, I’m the other Smith, John’s wife, born and educated in southeast England. John brought me to Kansas City in 1975, and we’ve made our home here ever since. After a few years in the US, I became a US citizen, and have spent most of my career in the financial and insurance industry. In 2004, I decided to leave the corporate world and join John and the Nice Guy Team at RE/MAX Results. This has been a tremendous move, as I receive great satisfaction helping folks sell their existing homes, and find and move into their dream homes. Licensed in both Missouri and Kansas, in 2005 I became a member of the RE/MAX Executive Club for outstanding production, and am now a member of the exclusive 100% Club.  I regularly take real estate financing classes to stay abreast of the types of loans available to buyers. The real estate industry gives John and I the flexibility to spend time visiting our daughter and two granddaughters in San Antonio, and my family in England. When I’m not working or travelling, I enjoy playing tennis with the folks at Northland Racquet Club, and, yes, John and I do team up for social tennis with friends periodically. We have also taken ballroom dancing classes at Walters Dance Center.

I look forward to working with you, your friends and family members referred to us.

I have a question about a house that is vacant on NW 86th St. in Wildberry Subdivision. I know the owners moved out and I’ve been looking out for a for sale sign in the yard and have yet to see one. I would like to let my sister in law and her husband know about it if it’s for sale. The address is 7721 NW 86th St. Thank You, Gina.
