Home Inspections – Inspectors

After you contract with the seller on your new home, you will have at least two inspections of the property prior to closing:*

1. A termite inspection (ordered by you or the escrow company, paid by you, the buyer).

2. A mechanical/whole house inspection. A certified inspection contractor you choose will inspect the electrical, plumbing and heating/cooling items of the home, as well as any other physical items of your new home. (See your contract for details and limits). The other agent or I will be on hand to coordinate this appointment. You may want to be present during the mechanical inspection. See your contract or maximum seller’s obligation limits on repairs.
