Sandy has agreed to contribute “posts” at least once a month beginning in January, Yvonne, 1-2 a month beginning in December. Look for hers about the foreclosure situation and how it effects our home values in Northland Kansas City. Jim, our man at Pulaski Bank is sending me a report about mortgage interest rates. Right now it looks like it is very attractive for our clients to consider refinancing options – interest rates headed lower , possibly in the 4% range!!!
All of you will be contributing to blog. It a wonderful way for us to convey our experience and expertise to our best clients. Example: Chris: handyman tips , exotic stories, etc, Sue : how to make our homes more beautiful and keep our lawns wet and wonderful this Spring.
