Ok, clearing up Twitter
Here’s the scoop. I am putting together a program for those of you who are ready, willing and able to buy bank owned, foreclosure , bargain fix-ups etc and can act quickly.
Go to Twitter, get an account, if you don’t already have one, then go to my http://twitter.com/smitjohn , become a “follower”.
You will receive notifications from me regularly of “deal” properties in the Northland mostly, for investment properties, for rental, flipping, or move yourself bargains.
If you don’t have your financing ready to go, you wont be able to take advantage of these investments.
Sandy and I are in houses everyday, people getting divoreced, up-side down, sometimes wrecked, sometimes in pristine condition. BUT SPEED is the key, here. View the property, access the cost to acquire, how long to bring to market etc, etc.
