Ok it is early February and sellers are beginning to come out the woodwork to get their homes on the market early. That means there will be a great selection right now for first time home buyers to choose from allowing existing homeowneres to buyer their new homes before the deadline of April 30th. It just makes sense to have Uncle Sam help these young people get into the American dream.
