We will invest in your listing, paying out all the up-front costs and fees associated with marketing your property: sales staff, advertising, Internet exposure, signs, lock boxes, etc., until the property sells. Then we’re reimbursed our expenses out of the transaction.

For Buyers, we get paid by the Seller for showing their home, negotiating the contract, doing the paperwork, organizing the financing, and closing the transaction.

Most importantly, we’re paid by the recommendations and referrals we count on you to introduce to us when we earn your trust and show worthy competence.
